Terms governing access to MDL CRM.

These terms describe the rules for using MDL CRM. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

Use of the service

MDL CRM is provided for lawful business use, including CRM operations, client management, billing, workflows, document handling, and calendar synchronization. Customers are responsible for the data they submit, configure, import, or share through the service.

Accounts and workspace administrators

Customers must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for managing user access, tenant settings, and connected third-party accounts within their workspace.

Subscriptions and fees

Paid plans, subscription terms, billing cycles, and feature access are controlled by the customer’s active subscription. Fees are due according to the selected plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension or limitation of access until the account is brought current.

Third-party services

Certain features rely on third-party services chosen by the customer or required to operate the service, including payment processors, email providers, cloud infrastructure, and Google or Microsoft calendar APIs. Customer use of those integrations is also subject to the applicable third-party terms and policies.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, or abuse third-party systems.
Do not attempt to bypass tenant isolation, rate limits, authentication, or other technical protections.
Do not upload malicious content, send spam, or misuse connected provider accounts.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, if payment obligations are not met, or if a customer’s use threatens the security, integrity, or availability of the service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an as available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Dark Lab LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, or data arising from use of the service.
